How do custom orders work?
After you place your order Freitas will email you within 5 days to confirm your order, ask any questions about the piece she may have and or send a photo mockup / sketch of the work if needed for approval before moving forward.

Custom Portrait Painting - Gallery Wrapped Canvas
This is a custom order listing. Swipe to examples of a couple previous custom paintings. Special family vacation destinations, pet portraits, sayings and more. When you click on each size it will show you an example of that size so you can get an idea of the amount of detail able to be achieved in the piece. The larger the piece the more detail.
Please note. You can have….
* 1 subject ( pet / person ect ) for size 10x10 inch
* Up to 2 subjects for sizes 11 x 14, 12x12 & 12 x 16 inch
* Up to 3 subjects for 16 x 20 , 20 x 20 , 18 x 24 & 24x24 inches.
* 4 or more subjects 24 x 30 & up
After you will need to send photos and details about what you would like painted to info@heatherfreitas.com . if we have not heard from you within 72 hours of you placing your order we will reach out to you. You may also contact us at anytime for questions even before placing your order. We are here to make your dream a reality and the process a breeze!
When Freitas is finished with your box she will email you for approval before varnishing ( with a crystal clear gloss ).
Please all 4-8 weeks for your finished piece depending on the size.
